BUP ain't kid'n. If your going to be out and about, island exploring in and around Bimini, day after day, a Bimini topped boat is really important. That, and a cooler with waters/drinks, etc. Have fun.

We went over with 4 boats 4-5 weeks ago. Beautiful boating. Outside the Casino and Hotel its a dump and there is little to do. Getting served even at Big Game was tough. Id go again but would keep on going after a night.

Whatever happened the the place that was owned by a member here? Lubbers something or other. Anyone remember?

I think Lubejobs42 owned part of a Casino/hotel in the islands at some point, but I think it was in the Dominican Republic

Nope, not him. This was a guy and his wife that owned a small bungalow type place. Might have been called Lubbers Landing. Very isolated. I think they had something like a 24 ft Pantera they'd pick you up in from the nearest "big" island. He was a regular on here long ago. It was located at the star.

Well looking forward to the trip, then booked a room at the Boca Raton resort for a couple of days the weekend after xmas, should be a good time
