I know it was from the Aronow company but without an old brochure from years back to tough to say what model it is.

DPT, according to the previous owners the boat delaminated about 2 miles north of the Toms River Bridge in Barnegat Bay "after refueling." I remember the day it happened and saw the boat in person as it lay partially submerged approx 200 feet from shoreline... quite a sight to see. They tried to run it ashore, but it took on too much water. It was a beautiful day with average conditions on the Bay.

Finishline/Pesci Racing was a Hydratech and later was sold to two partners who had the delamination episode on Barnaget Bay.

Jigsaw89,
Thank you for elaborating what I was told, greatly appreciated. After the Hydratech the owners moved on to a bigger 46' Skater(RUTHLESS) and I believe at one time they had a 40' Skater as well.

Question Re: Who built this?

Anyone remember what the total horsepower was that Calabro had put in that boat? When he had what I think was 12 inch exhaust pipes out the back?
Also, was this fracture due from hitting something in the water? Apparently whatever it was, it must not have been a warranty claim....but if it was, one in the company's 20 year history is pretty damn good.
Next time I see Jack, I'll have to get more details...

The one in the slings. Not the MTI. How about the original designer and original name of the company that first began building this boat.
