Now that Matt broke the story Ron has the event set again this year for August 13-16, who plans on being there? We do....

You probably wont be the first to the lunch stop but you shouldn’t have a problem... there have been quite a few 28’s that have run.

We plan to be there with the new 40. finishing the boat in time is tentative though :)

Tony, did you buy a Skater?

Would like to attend. How do you go about signing up?

Get ahold of Ron and let him know you are interested. I dont think there is a sign up sheet per se but I might be wrong. Usually you would call and book your slip at the Shore Marina at the Lake St Clair Metro Park but I believe Ron has already reserved the Marina for the weekend. Next step would be to book your Hotel Room at the Hampton Inn In Roseville on Gratiot.

Gentlemen, not in the Skater owner's club yet; however, I live on Lake St. Clair and would like to attend the event. Is there a best place to congregate to see the boats before they depart?

P.S. Is a non-Skater boat ever allowed to make an appearance in the run? :D
