Anyone have black seadeck or marine mat?

Anyone have it or been on it? How hot does it get in the sun?

Plum_Crazy 02-20-2020 02:48 PM

It's only warm to the touch in the sun, not hot.

Yup, not sun hot.

Great friend has it on his Statement, 2 years old and still looks great too.

Mine is charcoal, light grey, and blue (3 layer). The charcoal gets warm, but not as hot as the factory carpet was. https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...6b9035b16f.jpg

Cool. Thanks.

Both of those examples look awesome! Going to have to find an designer/installer in SE Michigan to get a custom setup on my OE.

A friend had “something" along these lines that was black, in a center console, and I didn't like it at all. I do believe it was a cheaper product though, and not SeaDeck or Marine Mat.
It was not hot, but the material flaked off like the top layer of wet cardboard, and made a terrible mess all over the floor. Thank goodness it was a self bailing CC and you can spray it out with a hose.

I'm using Tony at Xtreme Marine out of Ohio. Great guy and does great. He will likely come up and do the measuring.
