BJ GAVE MOST OF THE STORY ABOUT ACTIVATOR BOATS WELL HERES THE REST OF THE STORY I ORDER A 32 ACTIVATOR
ON 3/9/02 TALKED TO MARK ,AND TOLD HIM I SOLD MY PANTERA AND IF HE COULD BUILD ME A BOAT BY 5/31/02 AND PUT IT IN WRITING I WOULD BUY THE BOAT, WHICH HE DID. I GAVE HIM A $10,000 CASH DEPOSIT AND SPENT $20,000 ON A 900hp BM TO PUT IN THE BOAT.MARKS WORDS GIVE ME TILL JULY 4 I;LL HAVE IT DONE CALLED AGAIN ,AND AGAIN STILL NO PROGRESS WAITED TILL SEPTEMBER 15TH CALLED AGAIN AND STILL NOT FINISHED TOLD HIM I HAD WENT OUT AND BOUGHT A 40 HUSTLER ID LIKE TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK HE SAID IM GOING RACING AND ILL TRY TO GET IT TOGETHER WHEN HE GETS BACK IN 2 WEEKS OK AFTER 2 WEEKS I CALLED MARK I DONT HAVE YOUR MONEY OK MARK THATS FINE JUST SEND ME SOMETHING WHAT EVER U HAVE ILL WORK WITH U.THROUGH THIS DATE 11/7/02 NOT 1 CENT OF MY
DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ME. NOTHING BUT EMPTY
PROMISES,WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN MY SHOES.

boating has same difficulties all over the world...I had been in same situation but I didnt have any other builder option.....so sad to hear these kind of stories....

I was told that UNITED STATES had very serious LAW SYSTEM.But here on oso forms there are similar stories on every week..
