496 stroker
 

Hey guys I'm new to this. I have a 1998 baja 212 islander with the stock 454 mpi non mag engine. I'm having a 454 built and stroked to a 496 producing around 500hp. I'm pretty sure my intake and fuel system off my mpi 454 wont work for this new engine. Which route should I go as far as intake and fuel system setup? Should I go carb or try to stay with fuel injection any advice is appreciated. Didnt know if intake and fuel system off of a 454 mag motor would work. Thanks

I'm running a holley 850 on an edelbrock rpm intake with a holley 110gph mech. fuel pump on my 496 stroker. Keep it simple stupid....lol
