You are definately entitled to you "opion". I just asked a question, did some research (from posts on this board, looking at their website, & looking at their boats since boat shows of the early 1980's) and out of nowhere you started on some tangent about fat asses going between bolsters on a 7' beam. I NEVER claimed to be an expert. You & your 1993 Avanti (if it is truly a 1993) are much more suited for this title. So ride on my man, & I wish you & your AVANTI POWERBOAT have fun together, maybe you can slice through the ruff stuff back to 1980.

Built in Miami also, 33 is the old 36 Cig 9 foot beam, great fishing hull. Cuban builder uses a lot of wood.

They are poorly rigged from Dennis in NJ. I haven't heard too many horror stories on the hull itself, just the rigging. Dennis is said too be a crook. I've dealt with him once on buying a brokrage boat (not an avanti), and it wasn't a pleasant experience to deal with him.
