Cool documentary. Looks like it is a couple years old, but if you have not seen it well worth watching. 80's Miami, Powerboats, Ft. Apache, Drug running, Russian Mob, real entertaining. Good entertainment for quarantine.

Well! Larger than life documentary! Interesting to watch even if there is not a lot on powerboats but there is !:)
