O.T. Favorite One Hit Wonder band/song

I'm bored.

My personal favorite is:

"Turn Up The Radio" by Autograph.

A few other favorite one hit bands would be Von Groove (kinda like Bon Jovi), 21 Guns, Bad Axe, and who could forget "The Ballad of Jane" by L.A. Guns.

How about all of you? Any favorite tunes your friends think you were nuts for buying the CD for just one song???

"my little red book" by Love.
"time" by the Chambers Brothers.

Mike,

Very good choice. Not many people remember that song much less the group. I still listen to them quite a bit actually. How bout "Blondes in Black Cars"? Remember that one by them.

One of my classic favorites is "Rapper's delight" by the Sugar Hill Gang. :D

Switch'n to glide (the beat goes on) - the Kings

Favorite line from it...
"Nothin' matters but the weekend, from a tuesday point of view"

LP is out of print, but I own it. Was on a waiting list at a used record store for almost 4 years. Moved twice, two different states even, and they tracked me down when it came in. Unbelievable.
