Is this the same Bobby Moore that owned the Race Rock Bar and Blind Fish restaurant in St. Clair Shores back in the 90's ?

Sorry to hear that, I met Mr. Moore in the early 1990's at the 188th street shop, just a good guy, sorry to hear he passed today.
