ST. CLAIR RIVERFEST SCHEDULED FOR
JULY 24-26, 2020

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, safety and social distancing are part of the new normal for now. With this in mind, the Board of Directors of Blue Water Offshore Racing Association has reached the decision to cancel this year’s St. Clair River Classic Offshore Race and St.
Clair Riverfest; which had been scheduled for July 24rd – July 26th.

Steve Brunner, President stated: “Protecting the health and safety of spectators, participants, officials, and our community is first and foremost in our planning efforts. We look forward to a vibrant 2021 season as the 4th race in the APBA Offshore National Championship Series”.

Bob Currier, Race Control Director added: “This difficult decision follows guidance for management of health and safety at large outdoor events from the CDC, Michigan’s

Than you know it's a sausage fest.

The part time boaters don't know that there is a huge raft-up on any hot week-end day. Also there are two Jobbie Nooners and two Lake St. Clair Raft-ups each summer.

around here a sausage fest means lots of colorful rainbow flags

Interceptor 06-18-2020 02:46 PM

It's been called a sausage fest going back 30 plus years due to the male/female attendance imbalance and is held around a disgusting little island that's been know for solid human waste deposited by drunk attendees. Muscamoot Bay raft off is better. Ed

Even way back at the end of Little Muscamoot Bay the water is chest high now. I'm hitting Lake St. Clair this Saturday so I will see where everyone is rafting up. It's a sausage fest but still plenty of hot girls too.

Back when we still lived in the metro area my wife and I took her son and a couple friends to Muscamoot. The boys were 16/17 years old and had never been there previously. I suggested they should take a walk through the gauntlet and they were gone a long time and later went back a second time. I think they enjoyed the sights and sounds.
