That's right! Some photos are on sites have "copyrights. I "borrowed" some nice photos from a site and posted them here on OSO. I got a phone call from the owner of the site (www.TheRiverWorld.com) and he explained that the photos I posted there are copyrighted, and that the photos contained models that are paid for by sponsors. He also contacted OSO about it as well. I appologized that I didn't notice any mention of a copyright on the site. None the less, I removed the photos from the OSO photo section. After viewing his site a little more, I've noticed a few shots that I have taken with my camera and have posted them on the www.SCOPEinfo.com site, but he has no mention of photo credit or where he go the photos from. The SCOPE site contains over 1500 photos.........none have "copyrights" since the club is a NPO, and the are provided so all can enjoy. If you are a professional photographer and you don't want to have your photos in the public domain, don't post them on a web-site without a huge watermark on them. You will have NO control once they are on the internet.

Some of the best photos do have watermarks on them, sometimes though there is a little hair in the way!
