Ultra Stealth 24 anyone?

Hi all. I am an east coast guy who came across a 2004 Ultra 24 Stealth for sale and am going to take a look at it. Can anyone give me some pointers as to what to look for/be careful with for these boats? Very very few of these where I am looking in particular for information regarding possible rot issues in the floor/stringer/transom.
