2020 Skater 368 at LOTO Supercat. Purpose built for big water With outboard cut. Not as low as Rice 368 but very comfortable cut. She’s a big girl that loves big water. . Photo credit J Helmkamp

Motors in the tunnel doesn't seem like a good setup.

^^^^ listed on the 36 Skater thread taking the boat from trips to quads - but it wasn't just a matter of hanging an extra mount on the back

Yes I know its been done for a long time, but that is old technology and the lower units take a beating.

The 36 had 2 pods installed in front of the mids so they (apparently) do not take the same beating as a trip where the center engine is literally being pushed off the transom with side loading as much as the engine is trying to push the boat.

Quite a few Nor-tech's has the i/o power pulled for quad OB's

https://www.speedonthewater.com/proj...ado-outboards/

- granted they were rigged behind the sponson but then again, the 40ss shown is just a paint rendering (not necessarily what the final rigging will be) + 40SS is a big hull. that may be actually rigged like the Nor-tech
