2005 250 Pro xs. No fuel.
 

Was cruising at 4K rpm and starboard motor loses power, no alarm. Stopped the boat turned key off/on no alarm. Motor restarts but then stalls and won’t restart. With the key on the fuel pump is not running. Pulled the plugs and all look great and compression is 120 across the board.
checked the 4 fuses and all are good. What should I check?

With key on fuel pump should prime for couple sec
make sure you have strong battery
Weak battery it will swing over but will not start
