Pleasure boating and racing is a big contrast.

will the boats transom be able to last longer than the props and gear cases?

If you add a class then for god sake you should remove a class. Some of the production classes have run there course and have not grown. In some races not even a singe entry.

I wanted to go racing back in 2003. After Gary B let me crawl over his DW I was hooked. I was ready to sell my girlfriend and go racing until..... reality hit. The cost, even in 2003, was out of my range just for the fully rigged cat. Much less the equipment associated to be competitive. The cost to campaign a SS cat "today" is staggering. I would like to see more of the 24' smaller cats and vees back on the course like OPA. I don't think people can relate to these 1/2 million dollar rigs. I will enjoy watching for sure. Best of luck to the promotors.

All the work guys like Ryan beckly have put into the super stock class has been paying off and holding together
with large fleets at every race .
Don,t mess it up by making them race together with this new class.

If you feel this class is beneficial ,fine.
Just keep it out of super cat and super stocks way.

In "theory" these new cats run similar speeds to SC. If enough of them join up it could be a great class.

Maybe .Oh well its their show so ......................
