For $700 do you think the Eddie marine tabs that are 12X16 made of billet aluminum would help with rough water stability. I don't mind spending 700 but not ready to spend 1500+. The engine will be approx 550HP when finished and should have a speed around 70. With stock 365 HP It did 60.4on GPS.

It's not wether you need them or not ... hell, you don't need a boat, but you do LIKE having hi-performance hardware. Get the best pieces that you can fit in the budget.
