I agree. I have a really nice boat that fits my needs. For some reason Im just drawn to the Cigs and have found 2 really nice ones in my price range. My hang up is where I live and boat. The Cigs are such overkill for here. I boat almost everyday from the spring to November so basically 8 or 9 months out of the year. A Cig is not practical but damn Im just in love with them and never even been on one.

I know i will be the out cast here but imo you should keep what you have. A Cigarette is not a boat that you will use everyday for 9 months.

I have to agree with you. Thats been one of the reasons Im so reluctant. I also would want to build an addition to my shop to park it when its not being used.

I've actually owned one and have driven/ridden in many others. Everybody has their preferences but to me, a Cigarette will always be number one (see what I did there? :D).

I am going to wait a while before I make a purchase but I've been watching a bunch of Miami Vice clips on youtube today and man, they sure get me worked up to get another boat!

A good option although hard to find would be a 28 Cigarette SS they came with twin small blocks or twin big blocks. It would be large enough for where you and boat and would give you the experience of the #1. If you look they do come up, most have been redone and bring a good price, but you will get what you pay for. They are also easy to haul around without the need for a large tow vehicle.

Let me ask you how many hours a year do you typically put on the engines using it 9 months a year?
