At Land's End condo last week we had two buzz by our deck on 3rd floor. They were running the lake and had just crossed the Grand Glaize bridge then banked hard around Land's End and I kid you not they were right at the height of our deck. Now mind you 3rd floor there is higher up than 3 stories off the water due to the lay of the land but still, it was amazing how low they were. You could see right into the cockpit as they banked around the corner. We were in building 1 in room 301 that the Southwest end of the deck looks right at Dog Days. They ran the lake by us 3 out of the 7 days we were there but the first day (forget which day...maybe Tuesday) was the lowest pass. Love those planes! We've had them buzz us before on the water too during SOTPR and the Shootout Poker Run.
I've had them fly over head up in the Mackinac straits. We actually went back and forth across the lake 4 times he was super low as well, couldn't have been more than 100' above us. The last time he gave us a wing wave and flashed his lights. Wish I had video of that. There were Black Hawks flying over as well. We were keeping up with them at a touch over 80. My wife was freaking out, kept telling me to slow down.

They do strafing runs all the time at Camp Grayling Bombing Range, as well as Live fire artillery. I have a house about 15 miles north, on Long Lake.
