what ever happened to this guy? He was hot and heavy in the scene for a couple years then, poof. Disappeared. Wasn’t there a reality show pitch as well.

Hey Tank, they've got a new 46 Skater being built for the Extreme Cat class. They'll be running a set of their big 2,000hp motors in it. It won't be on the water this coming race season, but look for it in '24.

Something to that effect, I don't recall what it was over. But from my memory he had every one riled up. That sticks in my mind.

Seems like I remember reading a rather extensive shouting match between JBS and Marine Turbine, well before I was a member here. I'd stumbled across it looking into him after speaking with him for a while at the Cumberland PokerRun. I don't even remember if it was here or another forum. And I can't remember exactly what had happened, but seems like Jeff had had an engine scatter, thought it was on Marine Turbine, and the guy from Marine Turbine was more interested in attacking Jeff, and his personal deliemna at the time, than either making it right or defending his work. I could be wrong there, but that's what comes crawling out of the brain dust. From my memory of speaking with Jeff, he didn't seem like the guy that Marine Turbine was painting him as.
