Chris Cat racing picture history
after my mother passed a few months ago my dad decided to downsize and gave me a bunch on the pictures in his office. these are from the days when he was VP and then President of Chris Craft.

small world. did not realize your dad was ernie. first talked to him in about 1980 while at a large chris*craft dealer in detroit. then rigging/racing the first cats in '84 in offshore. remember chris craft selling them that first year for $14,000. each(bare boats) to any racer that wanted them, to get them out on the course for exposure. think they sold 12-14 of them about. then while at blue*lagoon in pompano i continued with ernie. met you steve when you and the golden boy rick were racing together out of a warehouse one block off oakland park blvd. in lauderdale. much water under the bidge. very sorry to hear about your mom.
