Looking for a merchant processing company

Hello guy's I'm looking to find a new merchant processing company. Do any of you use or know of a fair company. Aprox 1 million a year in receipts. Looking to hire ASAP.

We use authorize.net and stripe.com and they've both been great, though customer service at stripe has been significantly better when issues arise.

I've use Stripe.com but by no means use them a much, but the forums with short term rentals they have good reviews

I can tell you who NOT to use. Heartland. They keep sneaking in extra fees. I'm looking for a new one myself.

Reach out to Approval Payment Solutions, Newburgh, Indiana.

They all promise low rates, but when you really start reviewing their statements, they aren't close to what they say.

Im using this for product sales only. Thanks for the responses so far. I value your opinions better than the reviews these days.

The good reviews are a great sign. All of these payment platforms are more or less interchangeable when things are going well online. But when they don't, and that's not exactly rare, customer service becomes everything.

Merchant processing is a minefield. I think the whole thing is set up to make it as confusing as possible and there are a number of components. I think this is a pretty good article to help understand.

At that volume I am guessing you will want an interchange + account. As far as actual processors go we wound up with First Data through our bank which is PNC
