At the risk of having an unpopular opinion, let's not condemn this guy until we have at least heard what he has to say about the incident. This guy could be guilty of anything from a simple accident and leaving the scene, to manslaughter. Actually, we don't know if he was even in an accident, or if he was drunk as a skunk weaving all over the road.
As has been said before, let's not speculate. Often, horrible accidents are caused by minor mistakes with tragic consequences. Obviously, leaving the scene caused unnecessary heartache for family and friends of a good man.
Rather than hoping for vengence, lets hope this man's capture leads to answers for the family and as much peace of mind as can come in a situation like this.

I totally agree.
At least the guy had the fortitude to turn himself in.

KaamaScarab30,
"Let justice be swift" doesn't imply anything about someone's guilt or innocence.
Only that the truth comes out and appropriate action is taken.
