Picked up a klem-gem-lancer / 27 magnum hull for a nice price.
The stringers and transom seem to be in decent shape but its cut for a single stern power. The floor is out of it.

Since the floor is out,Im just going to do stringers and bulkheads as well as a new transom instead of just plugging it.. Then fabbing up a new dash setup while converting it to a full sitdown, similiar to how I did the Avanti.

Going to run the Avanti this summer while I do the work, then transplant the Avanti power, drive and hyd. steering over next winter.

Going to love that boat. Happy for you. My 93 super v 28 challenger was a splash off the 27 mag hull and was my favorite boat. Loved it and surprised many. Was awesome!!! Good luck on your new venture.

Congrats! My 28 Manta is a splash of the 27 Magnum hull - rides and runs nice!!
