If you’re asking about a specific brand I have no idea but if you’re asking about the style of boat, they’re very popular in Asia. Must be a good design for a workhorse, they’ve been around for ages. Locally made from ply or fiberglass and varying quality. Different sizes, from about 14’ upwards. I think Yamaha Marine build similar style boats in Japan, a huge market for fishing boats.

I have an 18’ imemsa that I built into a workboat for the marina. We put a 25hp Mercury jet outboard on and can run the boat in about 8” of water.

Again remember the original panga boats were displacement hulls and some recent builders have made them as planning hulls which need additional power and a rougher ride.

yeah these boats are not the most beautiful by OSO standards, but man what a mark they have made as true offshore work boats

The design is most common in south/Central America and the Caribbean for all sorts of utility work including smuggling. Panga is the term used for boats being operated in the Pacific and Gulf while similar designs found in the Caribbean are called Yolas. Eduardonos with Yamahas made in Colombia are probably the most famous builder. Solid and durable boats
