The bandages came off this morning. As you can imagine, she is in immense pain, especially in the neck. She has the damn hiccups from the anti-biotics; which is not helping either. She is up and walking, and leg paralysis is fading. There are a few other things that are being watched, but all in all she is doing well. We will just have to wait and see how things play out for the further treatments of the parts of the tumor that had to be left behind.

Thanks everyone. The responses here and in PM have been overwhelming.

Brian,
That sounds good, tell Lisa to maintain the faith, and keep fighting! You and Lisa are in our thoughts and prayers!

Brian & Lisa,
I've been away for some time and glad to see you're making good progress towards recovery. Your support of each other during these times will give you the strenght you need to get through this difficult time. Keep your faith, we're all behind you.
