Docking with props spinning in
 

Curious what trim setting will you give you the best docking manners for boats that have their props spinning in. I've heard a few times that spinning in = harder to dock. Thanks!

Neutral.

It will take some practice, but you will eventually get comfortable applying throttle to one side or the other to "yank" the bow around. This is easier with spinning out than in, but it does work.

I always went a bit positive. For example if my trim setting was say a 30% when hauling ass I would normally set it to 40-45% for docking. But I have always had high drives, helps keep the prop wash off the transom.

Exactly this for staggered. Add 1 number of positive trim from neutral, so if on your boat 3 is neutral set drives at 4 or add 8-10 pints of positive trim on your MFD screen. Non staggered neutral should do it fine.

All depends on how many people are on the docks watching.
