Battery Maintenance?
 

I have two "gels" that I want to stay topped off this winter. The boat is slipped and used on occasion so the batts stay in. On a Perko [if that matters] and hooked pos to pos. What should I buy for charging? Prices and links too?

I had two Exide gels live for 6 years at Lake Mead, and when I sold that boat, they were stronger than ever. I never did use any chargers for the few months down time. However for another boat we have with regular batteries, we use a battery tender (not mini-charger) or (trickle charger). You shouldn't have any problems. You can probably buy one at All Seasons Marine in Boulder City or Rex catalog...
