Assuming it has adequate range and power I think it could make an excellent off road vehicle. No tearing up the trails, no getting stuck in mud or water. The problem with flying vehicles is nobody wants the liability or hazards of flying vehicles dropping out of the sky onto homes, people, roads or towns. Imagine some of the people that we encounter on jet ski's flying over our homes.

A flying boat? So an aircraft .
