USA Boating Parts Suppliers

Ive just done an order with a USA after market Boating parts supplier, from my Country Australia, I had reasonable communications pre transfer of funds.

My invoice was paid via a renowned transfer company, but since paying into their acct some 8 days have passed with no contact from them .

Ive emailed a few times asking for receipt, and shipping info and am now feeling troubled by No Replies whatsoever.

Any advice on a suggested forward direction appreciated,

Ive dealt with a few US Companies in the past in Relation to Festive Products and have had an excellent Outcome .


Am I being over cautious perhaps?

Prior to company getting funds the company answered all emails quick
After company gets funds they don't respond

Im very not sure
And Im reluctant to name the company other than to say they have a facebook page following Race meets and huge events in US 2000 odd followers
an appealing website detailed visuals onsite etc just ALL SEEMS a BIT ODD they do have product reviews though some debateable but sometimes reviews are what they are its individual cheers

They just have a FB page no internet website ?

Without a company name, nobody will really be able to give you any real info. PM me the name of the company if you like.
Why didn't you just use a credit card?? You would be able to dispute the transaction if needed.
