I'm heading down on Monday....I know a little late!...but this is what works for the wife and I. I guess I'll see some of you heading back North and maybe at lunch somewhere.

For someone wanting to plan a future trip to this event, what's the best place to stay in key west? My wife and I want to come for the festivities and races...we won't be bringing a boat. Thanks for any info.

Don't have a budget, start looking for a place next week. Rates for this week are the highest of the entire year AND they sell out WAY in advance. We've rented a house and tried re-renting it for the next year WHILE we were down there and it had been booked already. If you want the wild night life then the northern 1/2 of Duval street is where you'll be. Get as close to that as you can afford to stay.

No it’s my buddies. I’m boatless down here for the first time in forever and it’s nice just to ride and chill. The 50 MTI “WIRED UP “is an incredible machine.
