was powerboat right????? they made the promise.

did miss budweiser win, fair and square? apparently so.

as for advertising reason's, did anyone see COORS LIGHT,
or MILLER LITE on callan's boats ????

was this a ego power trip on the busches behalf:, it appears so,
once their "card" was" trumped", they had to enter a "ringer"

they must not have gotten enough "satisfaction" with ALL
the exhibition runs they ran.

yes the runs that were made by miss budweiser were
"awesome", i didn't hear from anyone that wasn't
IMPRESSED.

what gives? in 2001, the exhibition runs were enough
SATISFACTION
ENOUGH SAID....

Rich, come down to Charlie Hornickle's race at Millville next spring and I'll let you take a few hot laps.

throttleman and driver.......

Maybe a throttleman and driver should be required to be in the boat. That'll take care of the unlimited hydroplanes - BH

Re: Bob Wartinger.................agreed.....and Billy Seebold could probably squeeze another 4-5 out of the Bacardi.............with just himself in the cockpit.....with all due respect to Johnny.......The Seebold's have spent more time gaining speed in tight conditions on unfavorable water than everyone else combined.

You are right about the Seebold family, Rich.

Michael is just utterly amazing to watch, especially when his chips are down and he has to battle back from behind. He's drives beyond the edge that would cause the demise of most boats, but Mike really rarely ever lands on his head.

I've seen him run with his trim system broken and with damaged hulls -- and still gain positions; the fans could hardly tell he was having a problem.

And his mind is working while off the course too -- did you know he invented the roll-over kill switch?
