Eliminator dragster help

Is there anyone that can help me find a way to be able to start my eliminator dragster boat out of the water or by using a hose. Thank you very much for all your knowledge and help in the past. It is a 496 stroker’s with exposed engine pickle fork

jet or v-drive?

Where does the engine get its water normally??

compedgemarine 01-24-2022 08:18 AM

jets are feed from the jet pump, v-drives from a pickup usually on the cavitation plate. thats why I asked. there are ways around it but different for each.

There will be a water line off of the pump tunnel. You need to put a coupling in that line, that allows you to disconnect from the pump, and connect a garden hose.

Does the engine have a water pump or a crossover on the front?

It has a thermostat housing with I believe four hose Inlets not A metal piping that goes from one side to the other
