Suggestions for a surveyor around Montgomery TX? Is it possible to have a surveyor just check stringers and transom for moisture?

There was a surveyor in the League City area down South of town that did one on a Cig for the prior owner before I bought a few years back. Louis Stahlberg, cell is 281-639-3014. He might travel to the North side or know of someone. I have another one but he is out of Austin (4 hours away) that I have used before.
