I owned one of the 30 footer cats, but no windshield
I had no issues with mine, none
Sold it to a guy in LOTO
he ran it in the LOTO timed races, beat a 30 footer Skater
these 30 foot DougWright designed cats are fast!

Trying to get something with 400Rs and a windshield (vs. canopies) but it's worth a look. I believe the 308s even today are the narrower beam though, right? Do you have any pics?

A couple of those YouTube videos are ours. I'm good friends with Sandy he has owned 2 Predators and multiple Doug Wrights. I enjoyed riding in both Predators. They are a lot of boat for the money. Definitely not the most enjoyable build process, and Definitely need some tweaking once you receive it, but honestly everything does. If you are saving 100s of thousands of dollars, and don't care about resale value, than it may be worth the gamble!

Offshorexcursion's description above is the most accurate description of what you'll encounter with your build.
there is a big secondary market for Predators once you're ready to sell, me being one of them
