I wish I still had a boat. We sold the boat and now have five horses, tractor and all the other horse expenses. There is a reason they call them hay burners.

Hang on to what you have and trust me those horses you have might become pretty damm crucial. (Like soon).

I’m always keeping my eyes 👀 peeled to do the same. In fact I just called one a few days ago that wasn’t listed but thought I’d give it a shot (vacant). Would’ve been perfect - approx 150 x 400. With a little work could easily be sectioned off for leases etc and keep a sizable area for my chit. Loading dock on each side.

All of the cheaper warehouses around here have turned into Weed Grows. Prices went crazy because of it. Thankfully I got ours several years ago. BUT it sure does Smell good in the Hood now :evilb:
