45 triple engine Dumb A

Was not there when it happen but friend got pics.
45 foot triple engine bangs into another boat leaving Sulphur Creek, Dale Hollow. Bangs into a boat and starts leaving. Friend yells I got pics of you and your numbers. Yada yada guy says he just bought the boat and one motor wouldn't run. While he was shifting he pulled the handles out of the boat, so not even fastened. Says if won't go into forward. Kept plying with it and manged to get it moving forward on 2 motors and left

Kind of a Ron White moment

Wow!! I believe I would have been on the phone with authorities following him if the damage was minimal so I could follow him.

Was there damage?

Don't know, the friend which caused the guy to actually stop told him you need to do the right thing and at least find the owner.
Might ask to get the pic

Watched a dude in a new 30'ish Cobalt tag a ski boat and then almost smoke another Cobalt at the docks at Redhead (LOTO) yesterday. Tossed a chick off the back of the boat into the water as she was trying to keep him from smacking the other Cobalt. Completely lost his mind and way overreacted. Those slips are so wide you can fit three boats in them if you had to. Ski boat owner was pi$$ed and called the cops. State Trooper showed up which surprised me since I would think it would be considered private property. I got tagged on the same dock 3 years ago and now refuse to dock in any shared slip on the lake unless it is the absolute last resort.

State Troopers patrol Table Rock also

Loots of these issues cropping up, more new boat owners than ever...talked to some gas dock girls in Gr Haven not long ago and it's a giant **** show...used to be just the rental "captains" you really had to watch, not you about gotta have eyes in the back of your head.

I think a friend of mine has the right idea...jury of your peers...every boat has a paintball gun on board...2 red paint splotches and you're off the water. ...I've seen guys lately that couldn't get off their trailer without earning at least 1 red dot.

Nothing on the water at LOTO is considered "private property" and Water Patrol/Troopers will due reports for any damage or injury that occurs.
I try to dock in single well slips or next to friends in double wide slips whenever possible wherever we go.

Sulpher Creek is going to be a popular spot as its one of the only evening bar type places on the lake that I know of. I hardly ever see any performance style boats on the lake. I'm there for 10 days this month and taking my Formula for the first time....usually am in my fishing boat. Hoping there are some other go fasts on the water to toy around with.

I've seen some dock bull**** on Ozark more than anywhere, but I personally have had great experiences there. The best docks, the best dock girls, and overall I think more experienced boaters than most places I go. I've seen people hitting docks and other boats mostly at Backwater Jacks over and over. Insane level of skill LOL. Last year a 50 ft Sea Ray pulls in and that damn thing is all joystick....no idea how you can blow this one. They hit everything in the cove except the slip they were shooting for. You could tell by the scuffs on that $1.5M boat that it wasn't the first dock that thing had been introduced to. I took about a dozen pictures for Qualified Captain last year just at Backwater.....but forgot to utilize them LOL

I would "ALMOST" volunteer to work the launch ramp to get these jokers to do things properly! I cant tell you how many times i have pulled up to launch and some jack wad is just now pulling up to the ramp and TEN he has to get everything loaded into the boat and untied off the trailer and drain plug in and ropes on cleats etc......THATS WHAT THE STAGING AREAS IS FOR!!!
If paint ball guns where allowed i would have to have BAGS of ammo cause i would be shooting left and right! LMAO! :D
