Unexpected Team Sets New Dam Challenge Record
 

FASS Diesels Fuel Systems Brad Ekstam and Performance Boat Center's Rusty Williams shattered the previous Dam Challenge record on Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks on Monday morning and two other teams raised tons of money in their quest to break the 188-mile endurance run record.

I saw on Shanes IG that they broke a prop. Wonder how long that held them back.

Saw MTI outboard race boat go by our house this morning with chopper following. Rumor is they beat yesterday's record by 2 minutes

Yeah, chopper has been out following a few different boats this morning here from the 19 MM out my window at Land's End back down towards PBC. The chopper appears to be the same on that was giving rides on Sunday out of PBC.

The new FASS 420 WP is a stunner up close. One of the few times a company's logos on a boat (and even the engine cowlings) looks good as graphics.

This was fun to keep up with. Much more entertaining with a rivalry going back and forth.

What are these new WP420 running top end speed wise? I am assuming all carbon layup? Prettty impressive to average 112!
