How generous
Mercury Racing is pitching in up to $25,000.
That's one seventh of the price of one QC4V 1550 engine. How generous. |

This guy points out how minuscule a amount that is in the big picture and then he is called a socialist?
Geeze, there is white, black and a whole lot of shades in between. |

That's the thing about socialists. They never come across that first dollar they don't want to plunder.
Also i don’t think his comment came off as socialist…I think it came off as a Mercury customer who has been screwed for decades like myself over paying for parts. With a $5 billion dollar valuation…$25k seems not so news worthy. |

I think it’s fantastic that Mercury donated money to Florida for hurricane relief. With that being said I’ve donated more than that in the last 2 years to the Florida economy. Sad but true.

With a $5 billion dollar valuation…$25k seems not so news worthy. I donated $100 to the Florida effort. That is considerably less than what Marcus pointed out, percentagewise, in regard to what I very often charge on a per-piece price for the custom machined parts I make. You know what my reply back along with the receipt was? "Thank You". Thanks. Brad. (937)545-8991 |
