Dubbed Harpers Cõv, check out one of the newest lakefront subdivisions being developed on Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks by a group of performance boat enthusiasts.

Great project! Though I would have thought they would have called it "SuperCat Cove"

So happy to see this journey moving into the next phase. It's been a lot of work, and a lot of fun. I think we have basically built a "Melrose Place" for cool boaters to live and hangout together. The list of names that have secured a spot are pretty strong and well known. Can't wait for our summer home to be finished and settle in for a few months.

Our favorite cove besides Evergreen for hanging out in the summer. Hopefully they extend the No Wake that starts at Kelly's Port to the end of the cove. Once all the docks get put in it will really narrow up back there and the lake lice love the back of that cove.

Nice! I'm not even going to guess the prices there. I already know I can't afford it!

We have 52 approved from 12x32 up to 16x48+. All permits are done, and Atlas will install the first large dock in the next two weeks, then one new one every 30 days until all 7 are in by summer. About 40 will be plenty deep for lifts.

The current homeowners in that cove have been trying to get the NW approved. With our docks, and 52 more voices, we think we can get that approved as well.
