I bet they have did the research, know the numbers far better then any of us and there is a reason they didn't put a huge distribution center down in Florida.

Is this just a parts warehouse, meaning no manufacturing? I thought parts production is a problem for everyone including Merc.. An empty warehouse is just an empty warehouse no matter what the location.

Yes just a parts warehouse so they can repurpose the current warehouse into production.

From the article:
According to a press release from the Fond du Lac, Wis.-headquartered marine engine and accessories company, the current Fond du Lac distribution center will be repurposed to expand production capacity.
