Todd seems to have a history of screwing people. Probably building boats hoping to make a buck and just keeps getting deeper and deeper "in the hole". The buyer gets fed-up with whatever transpired and shows up and takes a boat......ANY boat. I saw somewhere that the buyer claims Todd gave him the boat but I got the impression from that comment it might have been "coerced".

I guess it still surprises me that in this relatively close-knit community, this stuff can and obviously DOES happen. A lot of you guys are either movers and shakers in this world or hob-nob with those folk yet some uh...people with certain moral ambiguity...can seemingly THRIVE.

It's a shame because Jay had originally built Spectre into a great brand. At this point, I would not buy a boat that wasnt from the "original" Spectre. 1997ish-2005ish?
Even if Todd is 100% in the right, why would you ever post it on social media? Drama drama drama. There are plenty of manufactures in legal battles...none of which chose Facebook as a proper outlet.
