Jon, no problem closing the thread. I've been gone a couple of days. I just tried to delete the thread, but I can't because it is closed. No sense in giving this slug any more pub than he has already gotten.

Yeah, those was some pretty harsh comments. Jon, don't take them personal, just roll that kind of BS off.

Amazing how GR is talking like he's some shooter, playa, big balla', whatever. And all the time he's buying used boats. If he was a serious playa', he'd be talking about new butt kickin' boats and not buying used $150,000 boats. We don't see any brand new, big powered 42' Outerlimits or 42 Tiger/46 RR or 46 Skater owners ($500k plus boats) coming here making us little guys feel like crap.

And we all have to remember, no matter what you own, you are still out on the water (well, maybe Too Old won't understand this..LOL!), but we're all out on the water having fun, and that is what counts.

Every member of the board should take pride in what they own, and not let tactless, rude, obnoxious, undereducated, thoughtless individuals ruin everyone else's fun. (And, by fun, I mean entering in your log-in name and password. LOL!) Man do I hope that gets fixed soon.

You guys seriously calm down. It is not worth getting all worked up about. If you do then you let him win and the board will turn into the board of past. NO ONE wants that to happen. I think that OSO has set in place a very good set of rules that we as moderators and members are all to fallow. I hoped that he would just go away and that we could get the post back on target at it was headed that way but then he came back. Well it is over now. The rules were fallowed and the rules worked. The post will now fall off into obscurity as it should, and hopefully Cuda will be able to get some new bolsters for his boat and make some improvements that he wants. There will be more of these guys that will come around and as long as we all fallow the rules and not the offenders leed then all will remain cool on OSO :D:D

Cuda you now have to run all your posts past me from hear on out to avoid having any more of these situations :D:D

well said jon . . . people like that come an go . . the real OSO members have staying power and credibility. you cant fake that. . . . so once in a while we hafta put the smackdown on some small time wanna be and send him on his way. . .cooler heads always prevail . . eventually that a$$hole will just go away and we will joke about him like the rest . . funny thing is he will always be just what he is . . . well, we all know what that is . . OK, now lets get back to figuring out where to put the bolsters in cuda's boat . . :cool: :cool: :cool:

cuda, I've seen a couple of 242's with bolsters (jafo's pictures being one of them) and they look nice. Kinda like my 24 Baja which came stock from the factory with bolsters. Wonder why Formula didn't do the same thing??
