You can forget trying to pump out the jello once the oil and water have mixed. Engine will need to come out , be completely disassembled and cleaned, rebuilt and reinstalled. You can do 100 oil changes on it, you will never get that sludge out of there.

You would be surprised how well those little pumps suck. I just used mine to suck the thick gear oil out of the Ford 9" rear end on my other boat: 1977 Lincoln Mark V.

Pull motor, drop pan, pour clean diesel fuel down the oil fill plugs on valve covers. Gallon or so down each side. put pan back on and add 1.5 gallons to oil fill. Disconnect coil, crank over off and on for a few hundred revolutions. Let sit for an hour or so. Pull pan, clean out and inspect a couple of bearings. Put pan back on fill with fresh cheap 5/30 oil and run till it warms up. Drain oil, if it looks pretty clean, install new filter, oil and run it. It will either survive or need to be rebuilt anyway.

ok Got to suck a lot of it out but I’m telling you that was probably 20 gallons of water the same time lol got it running and it runs great. I have already ran it for five minutes and suck the oil out five times and it’s still not getting much cleaner any clue about how many times I will have to do this

Also, my curiosity is peaked. I never heard of replacing intake gaskets for maintenance. Is this a salt water thing ? Was there an issue you where trying to find root cause of ?
Edit in: what motor, intake, and gasket part # do you have ?

Have drained it 5 times . Still milky ..
no water coming out of tailpipes and plugs clean no signs of new water ..

Just in case you missed this the first time. I have seen first hand what happens when an intake gasket fails while underway. You end up with the block and every orifice and passage in it completely filled with chocolate jello. Even with the block completely stripped and put through a parts washer cabinet for a couple of hours, you still have a lot of cleaning to do. Bearings are going to be trash.
