WHAT? Apache Star Race Boat?????
 

Saw this at the marina, not only is the paint faded out, but it looks like it may have cracked the hull. Anybody know what happened to this boat?

If I remember correctly the boat sat in Cuba for a while after the the race over. There was a story on why it couldn't leave but I don't remember if it was political or mechanical

As JS said above, it was stuck outside on the docks after the crossing, fading and deteriorating daily. Not sure where, but it was mentioned on OSO, that was a few years ago

Same dude still owns it pretty sure and still uses it to sell stuff on IG.

Pretty sure he likes or is fine with the faded paint and as for the crack we need pics lol

Last I heard he got it back from Cuba after about a year and it was back in Miami. That orange he used was (or is close to) that house of colors tangerine orange candy. The sun EATS THAT SH*T UP bad!!

I wonder if the motors are still in it.
