I had a 1995 22' scarab. 454, ran 68mph with 23 3 blade. The one in the pic is definitely newer because of the contoured seat back for the bench seat, the higher backed bucket seats and the dash switches don't go straight up and down. I looked at some newer than 95 models and they had these 3 items which were different from my 95. I'd expect this boat to do 70 71 with light load turning a 23 prop. Nice boat.... Runs on rails!!! Just have to remember it's a speed boat, not an offshore boat.... You'll love it!!!
