Exhaust water temps

I know this question has a ton of variables but has anyone ever got a temp on the water coming out of the exhaust? I'm talking about with a dry exhaust with a water jacket. How about water temps just after an intercooler? I'm working on the water routing strategy for my triple turbo Cummins build. I know, it can't be done and will never work in a boat.

Actual water temp out the exhaust will vary with the lake/sea water temp because of the water that is being bypassed and sent through the engine cooling system.

one of the issues Tyson had with the Skater and Cummins was the raw water cooling I believe believe too cold. I'm wondering before I commit to a closed cooling design if preheated water would work. I'll have two intercoolers, oil cooler, trans cooler, power steering cooler, water jacketed manifold and exhaust piping, and three turbos, oh, and the engine. Currently the 500hp Yanmars have closed cooling for the engine, everything else is fresh water cooled. The Yanmar has a single sea pump, I'll be running a dual outlet pump so I have plenty of fresh water to go around. Exhaust will be dry water jacketed. Just trying to draw up a cooling strategy that doesn't put 50 degree water into an engine making 100 pounds of boost.
