9.5mm its going to have to have a pretty strong ROI

If someone had 9.5 in cash safely sitting on the sidelines at 6% thats 570K a yr doing nothing for essentially no risk. Borrowing to buy will have to really show some amazing numbers for the bank to loan on it.
