Stainless T stat housing for 500efi
 

Hardin discontinued their stainless T stat housing, does anyone have 2 or know of another alternative. My housing and assembly both rotted out, and I cant see dropping 2k for the same sh** from Merc, thats just going to rot again. TIA.

Sierra sold the same one as hardin. We used to buy them through kellogg marine. give that a shot

Sierra International 18-1989 is the part number I used, also has tapped threads for sensors

ive tried those on my last boat with 500 efi's, and they did not seem to fit properly... maybe it was something i was doing wrong??
