I need a dipstick and tube for the motor, there wasn't one present when I got it. The only available aftermarket part doesn't seem to fit right. It seems like the port going into the pan is almost too wide for the tube. Also I can't get the bracket on the tube to line up with any screw hole on the motor. I may be able to flex the tube enough to make something happen for mounting it. But my biggest concern is how I'm going to secure it to the pan. Should I just use some silicone to seal it into place? It seems like the hole going into the pan is almost a funnel shape where the dipstick tube is just straight.
